Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
